Happy 2010! Your girl is BACK!
Aw snap! Happy New Year, AweLuvvers! It’s 2010 (duh) and ya girl is BACK (and hopefully better than ever).
How was your holidays? Was Santa good to you for Christmas? Did you spin ur dreidel for Hanukkah? Did you get a kente snuggie for Kwanzaa? I hope you had a good time.
The month off was great for my lifespace. I was off work for the past 2.5 weeks too so it truly was a vacation. I spent my time sleeping until 2pm, eating too much, tweeting foolishness and acting a fool on my Facebook page. You know, living the good life. Shockingly, I actually didn’t travel. Figured I’d did enough of that already. My pockets were hurting and I just needed to saddown. Overall, I’ve just been a bum.
What else did I do on my break?
- Had a Google Wave party – Yes, I sho’ll did. I told everyone to get on Google Wave at the same time, so we could all figure it out together. What ensued was 1 hour of mayhem riding the Wave. I think I almost crashed Google Wave too because so many people were in 1 Wave at once. I will be having another one soon enough, albeit, better planned.
- Found out that if you Google image (verb) “Lace onesie,” Awesomely Luvvie is the #2 result. I don’t know whether to cheer or jeer at this legacy my site is leaving.
- Was the subject of a Twitter roastathon because I put my avatar in an ugly Christmas sweater with a snowman on it. People created the hashtag #LuvviesChrimmuhSweatuh and proceeded to roast it in a marathon. iDied a coupla times reading the tweets. I may have to do a separate post on this. iLove my Twitfam.
However, I was starting to suffer from withdrawal from lack of writing here or at LuvvDivine. I missed y’all though. Did you miss me? *If I’ont hear many “YEAHS” I’m turning this blog around!!! *glares at readers* Wait, wait, let’s not get off on the wrong foot. You know I love ya!
It’s a new year. 2010 is going to be a year of fulfilled promises. This I CLAIM. I BBMed it to Jesus and asked Him to BCC it to the other deities.
I will be maintaining my blogging schedule of Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. But this week, I may be posting something every day. Don’t quote me, but I’mo try. With that being said, see y’all tomorrow. It’s a VERY SPECIAL day! You won’t want to miss it. You’ll need to don party hats (you know I loves a good party) and your best formal dereon onesies for the occasion.
