I’m excited for you to hear this conversation with Rachel, because she is ABSOLUTELY a professional troublemaker. As a business coach, attorney, CEO, Black woman, working mother, and self-made millionaire, Rachel is known for her blunt, sensible advice and for calling out the elephant in the room—whether it’s racism, misogyny, or centuries of unfair legal practices that have stripped financial power away from women.

This is a great convo, y’all.

Before becoming the founder of Hello Seven, a multi-million dollar company that teaches women how to earn more money and build wealth, Rachel grew up in New York and was a scrappy, smart teenager who would stand in the gap for anyone who needed her. She brings that same energy to her work today.

Rachel is talking all about her career as a lawyer and how she shifted into the coaching and entrepreneurial space, and why she’s so passionate about making sure women – especially Black women – have the knowledge and tools they need to build multi-generational wealth. We also talk about how people are showing up in these streets right now without boundaries and not treating Black people with respect. You’ll want to make sure you catch this segment of the episode.

Rachel is the real deal. She’s out here leading, being an example of what is possible – even if you’re currently in a place where financial success might seem impossible. It was so inspiring listening to her story – that she was able to go from negative net worth to riding horses that she owns on her ranch. And through her book and her business, she walks through how it’s possible for everybody and I’m here for it. I also loved the conversation around how money allows you to not only take care of yourself and your family, but to be of service to the world. That’s necessary. That’s important.

Rachel is someone who works hard, knows her boundaries, and is such a professional troublemaker. Her new book, We Should All Be Millionaires: A Woman’s Guide to Earning More, Building Wealth, and Gaining Economic Power drops TODAY everywhere books are sold. Make sure you snag yourself a copy!

And be sure to follow Rachel on social media. She’s @RachRodgersEsq on Instagram and on Twitter, and be sure to tag her when you share this episode and let her know you loved it.
