Catch Me at EssenceFest This Weekend!

The 2017 ESSENCE Festival is this weekend in New Orleanand I’m HYPED! I look forward to ESSENCE Fest every year, but this year is extra special because I’m proud to be a featured speaker and panelist! I’m in amazing company with people like Iyanla Vanzant, Ava DuVernay and Auntie Cissy Houston, Congresswoman Maxine Waters and more!.

This year’s lineup for speakers and entertainment is beyond dope. I’m seriously honored to be a part of such a kick ass event.

I’m on a panel presented by the good folks of My Black is Beautiful (MBIB) too for the Empowerment Experience, and it’s called #WokeWomen. I’ll be on stage with these brilliant women: April Reign, Angela Rye, April Ryan. 

In addition to the panel, I’ll also be doing two book signings and hanging out at the My Black is Beautiful booth during the weekend. Come take selfies, get freebies and whatnot.
